Body code has helped me so much in life, and when Linda rolls in all her positive energies it truly transpires to the real world, I don't know how many time I've been in the "right place at the right time" since having body code and have had such wonderful opportunities.

My experience with body code has been so accurate in every way. Pinpointing ages where I had traumatic events that Linda would not be able to have known, after releasing them it feels like a weight is lifted. Having multiple sessions and being able to feel release has been so wonderful and life changing.

During my pregnancy I would get morning sickness, and it was crazy that the body code was able to take Linda into a specific area to release either morning sickness or some sort of disconnect to the fetus. I attribute part of my great pregnancies to having body code done to help with some of the symptoms and the health of myself and the baby!

Shift360 is truly one of my favourite places to be, and I know I stay a lot longer than I probably should but I always leave in a much better mood then when I first walked in. The ladies are always so welcoming and always have tons of knowledge to share and help you choose what products are best for you!

I have had many services done here such as iridology, readings, and tons of body/emotion code. I will admit the things Linda will tell you about yourself, that nobody else knows may be a bit spooky, but in the best way!! I cannot rave enough about this gem of a store and the friendly faces who run it!!
